Flip or Flop is about two gentrifiers who absolutely hate each other and every episode is just the husband finding new ways to fuck up remodeling the house they’re remodeling and the wife walking around with four coffees yelling at him about how the fence needs to be granite and then they’ll like clearly try to see if they can get away with illegally disposing of lead paint and in one episode they keep talking about “oh there’s a lot of large families in this area” which I guess is like Southern California racist dogwhistle language they paint a house shit brown in one episode because it’s “too Spanish”.
